HELLO One and all! People of all ages! It is time to see what is going on with Ryan "BEAR" Wroughton! May 28th 2006 was Pastor Teevan's last day as Winona Lake Grace Brethern Church's Pastor. He served at WLGBC for 161/2 years!! WOW! He has been there as long as I've been going to the Church. The reason it was his last day is because he thinks that is will be for the good of the church to have new leadership so it can grow better spiritually in Christ. What an unselfish request! He is a guy who alway puts others and especially GOD first!! Our church, about a couple mounts ago, decided to create a team that is not a pastoral search committee but a transition team and so the name of the group is the Strategic Transition Team (STT). 12 members serve on the team and theses members had to be voted apon to be members of the STT. I was voted apon to be on the STT and it has been an honor and privilege to be on that team. It has been and awesome experience to learn more about the church and to help transition into encouraging spiritual leadership. It has been tough for me to understand what is going on during the meetings sometimes because I have not been in that type of setting before and no other member of the team is a teen or of college age. At times I have felt intimidated by Important Spiritual Leaders on the team who knew about how to be on committees or teams like this before (I am an Extovert but sometimes I dont know what to say at the meetings). I have enjoyed learning from the intelligent men and women on the team! We are not done meeting yet but our plan is to incorperate a team style of Leadership! It will involve different teams that the church body can play apart in to encourage the Church and help them grow in Christ! Please keep praying for the Chruch and the transition time! If you want to know more about this contact me! School is over and I miss the people at Grace but not the homework. Haha I think we all fell like that. This summer I will be busy traveling! I went to Lisa Gill (Wright) and ABE Wright's wedding on May 27th, I will be going to my cousins wedding in Colorado Springs at the Air Force academy on June 2nd, Im the best man at my good friend James Rife's Wedding in Maine on June 10th, and I will be a Grace REP during a youth Conference, BNYC, at Biola University in CA July 22-28th!  I'm also helping out with the Youth Group, jr. High-Starting Line, at WLGBC. It is a busy but exciting summer for me! Keep living for Christ! GOD Bless and Have a great summer!! :)

Well folks it is true Im updating!! Please contain your excitement so I can tell you what has been going on with me since I last wrote. The reason I have not written in such a long time is b/c Ive been busy and dont have enough time inspiration to update. Another reason is b/c I dont really like writting on here alot (as you can tell). I just like talking to people about my day in person then on xanga, but it is a good way to communicate and keep up with people you may not get to see or talk to everyday. But hey Im going to tell you now what has been up with me so get ready! GO! I went to Florida for spring break with the baseball team. The weather was B-E-A-Utful! We stayed in Condos for the week that were farly new and they were pretty cheap for as nice as they were. The team played 10 games down there winning 1 out of 10, and I as manager keept the scorebook for them. We had a great fellowship and bonding time together! On are day off of playing baseball we helped a guy gut his house. His house went thourgh a hurricane and the whole team, 30 or so, helped him move stuff, clean, and work together. We first drove to Chicago and got something to eat. We got some really yummy deep dish pizza!! it was really good!  Then we drove to the airport and flew to Port Charlotte Florida. We went to the beach and I got burried in the sand! I got a little sun tan but not to bad. Things have been good but busy here! with work, school work, and baseball too. There has been alot of board game playing at the coffee shop, Tree of Life, at Grace College. Thanks to Sara Melcho, Betsey Rumley,Kathryn Joachim, Brittney Scheiner, Brandon Burns, Nathaniel Foote, Andrew Stroup, Jenny Potts, Nolan Gates, and Paul Hoard. It has been a great year! If you want to know more call me, e-mail me, or come up and talk to me! I will be glad to talk! Finals are comming up soon and my freshmen year of college is almost over! WOW! GOD Bless yo all who dare to read my post! heehee~!

Im now officially done as a dishwasher at KCH. FEB 19, 2006 was my last day there. I have worked there for a year and six mounts! It was a good job and Im glad KCH gave me my first job. I learned alot working there. I was glad and honored to work there for them. They treated my fairly and gave me confidence in working at a job! I will miss the people at that job! They were awesome! Sharing stories with them,  laughing with them, and listening to what they had to say about work and about there lives. It was a great expreience. Ive enjoyed my new job sooo much!! I LOVE IT! It is an awesome job! You get paid to go to chapel, eat lunch with people, giving them tours, and calling people to see if they are still interested in Grace or not. It is sweet! I have sweet friends here at Grace! Natalie Davidson, Justin Riffell, John Miller, Kayla, Jen Judy and here Florida Friends, Rene, and I went to a battle of the bands competition a while ago. A band from Grace called Darkroom played and won the cometition! Several Gracies were there at the show and that is basiclly why they won, and b/c they know how to rock it out! Thery were sweet! IT was a great time! we were rocking it out on the way to the concert and the way back in John's car! IT was a bunches of fun! Im glad I have time to do those things b/c Ive been busy with school and work. It has been a great year here at Grace getting to know people, build relationships, and  continuing some too!
